In my opinion I think many people did not know about this great feature of Google Webmaster Tools,that you can also target your desire country through which you can get traffic for your blog.International targeting is very important because for example if your blog is all about Saree so you can get traffic from India country because in India their is great use of Saree in India.
HOW TO TARGET INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY :
> First visit google webmaster tools
> After this click on your site
> And you will seen search traffic option just click on that and then click on international targeting button
> After this you will seen a country button just click on that
button and select your desire country
