How To Fix Unable To Initialize Steam On Counter Strike 1.6

One of the most common error in counter strike 1.6 now a days is "Unable to initialize steam".So i am going to help those  who getting this error.You can fix this error by following these simple steps.Usually this error occur in windows 7 and 8.

FOLLOWING THESE STEPS TO SOLVE THIS ERROR

1. OPEN YOUR NOTEPAD

2. COPY ALL TEXT AND PASTE IT IN NOTEPAD

REMEMBER CHOOSE ALL FILES IN SAVE AS TYPE
